RETURN POLICY
At Interwest Tools we value your business and we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. All tools* purchased from Interwest Tools carry a 30-day guarantee from the original date of purchase. If you ever buy anything from us that fails to meet your expectations, the following is a guide to help us resolve that situation with you.
*Jiffy Steamers (GT921 & GT2015) are excluded from the 30 day guarantee. The Manufacturer does offer a three year warranty. Interwest Tools will replace any Steamer that meets the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Any product purchased from Interwest Tools may be returned without reason as long as the items are new, unused, still in packaging (if applicable) and returned within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the item is not defective and you would simply like to return it. Interwest Tools will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of any shipping error on our part or if the items you received were defective or broken upon arrival. In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact our office at (800) 232-8468 for prompt resolution and return instructions.
Once we have received the item(s), your credit card will be refunded within 14 days. We will notify you via e-mail when the credit has been issued to your card.
